Bella Mi Photography's COVID-19 Protection Plan
The staff at Bella Mi Photography is committed to keeping our clients & staff healthy and safe while at our studio. The following is a list of rules we will be implementing. Please read through and feel free to contact us with any questions or suggestions.
- Bella Mi Photography will schedule 10-minute session gaps in order to disinfect all doorknobs, handles, and previously used props, etc., between each scheduled session
- Bella Mi Photography will implement the RED Card/GREEN Card system. When you arrive at the Bella Mi parking lot, you will see a red or green sign in our studio window. If the sign is RED – this means the studio is not ready for you to enter. If the sign is GREEN – this means the prior client has left and we have efficiently disinfected all doorknobs, handles, and previously used props, and we are ready for you to enter the studio.
- During portrait sessions, ONLY parents (guardians) will be permitted to wipe the baby’s faces and noses. ONLY parents (guardians) will be permitted to help feed smash cake to the babies.
- We ask all clients to please reschedule your session if you or your child(ren) are ill in any way. We will gladly help reschedule your session and transfer your deposit
- We ask that NO CASH payments be made at this time. We accept all major credit cards and you will be able to swipe or enter your chip yourself.
- We are asking that no extra individuals attend your session. Only those being photographed and 1 parent (guardian). We ask that you please try to find a sitter for any children who are not being photographed.
- Clients are welcome to wear masks, gloves etc., – however Bella Mi Photography will not be able to supply these items for clients.

Studio Policies
Picture taking and video recording is strictly prohibited during photo sessions and in the Bella Mi Photography Studios.
Please no food or open beverages in the studio (bottles, sippy cups and cups with lids are allowed).
We understand that it is easy to run late when getting little ones ready for a photo session – but please know that we are not able to extend your session time since we often book appointments back to back. In order to fully utilize your entire session, please try to be on time and ready to begin at your scheduled time!
If you need time before your session to prepare or change yourself or your child(ren), please arrive no more than 15 minutes early for your scheduled time. There is a restroom available for changing or primping.
Our studio is full of props and to children they look like toys – we kindly ask that you not allow your child(ren) to handle or play with the props. This is for your child’s own safety, since our props are not child proof and require supervision of a Bella Mi Associate.
Sneak Peek Policy
At Bella Mi Photography, we pride ourselves on our commitment to edit and deliver your pictures in a timely manner. After your photography session, this is our number one goal. At times, we post “Sneak Peek” pictures of sessions to our Bella Mi Photography Facebook and/or Twitter pages. Picture postings are done as a form of advertising for our studio and sharing our talent with Facebook and/or Twitter followers.
“Sneak Peek” postings are not part of your session fee, they are not guaranteed, and are not posted in a particular order or time frame. Bella Mi Photography is not able to tag clients on our “Sneak Peek” postings, however our clients are encouraged to tag/share “Sneak Peeks” on their own pages and with their family and friends.
As clients, you receive your pictures through digital downloads that are copyright-free and watermark-free. Sharing your own “Sneak Peeks” of your favorite poses is allowed and encouraged! You may even tag Bella Mi Photography or @BellaMiStudio if you would like!
Policy Regarding Deposits
Deposits made as a reservation of a session may apply as partial payment for your session. Deposits are not required of all sessions but can be required for confirmation of any session at any time. Deposits are able to be paid for online.
For sessions that require a deposit (park minis, certain in-studio promotional minis, etc. at the discretion of the Studio), the deposit rendered at the time of booking is non-refundable, non-transferable, and can only be applied to a future session if your session is canceled on our behalf due to weather, electricity outages, other "acts of God," or at the discretion of the Studio. We require a $50, non-refundable deposit to reschedule a "no-show" session. Any session not canceled within 12 hours before the session time will be considered a "no-show." Exceptions may apply.
